Bats and rats are not actually related, but they do have an unfortunate thing in common: both have suffered harsh depictions in classical fiction. Because of this, the two animals have started collaborating on new literary works where they get to be the heroes. One such book involves them teaming up to save a little girl from drowning when the evil clown at her birthday party tosses her into a pool filled with poisonous jellyfish.
